Task mining

A data bot follows one or more users as they perform a specific task. The data bot records what they do on their PC or terminal when processing an order (open e-mail, open pdf attachment, copy order number, look up order in the ERP system, etc…).

Mapping variation

By “following” the process several times, with or without multiple employees, the data bot generates a process map with all detected variations. The ideal starting point for a Lean 6 Sigma activity or an RPA follow-up project.

Teroco works with global players such as IBM and UiPath for task mining projects.
