Natural Language Processing (NLP)

NLP means that a program is able to understand (parts of) text and extract from that unstructured text structured data such as, for example, names, account numbers, bill of lading numbers, etc. Natural Language Understanding (NLU) goes even further and tries to figure out the meaning of a text.

All well and good…. but how do you put that data to work in your legacy environment that isn’t built for it at all? That bridge builds data bots. The RPA software makes sure the data gets into the right systems, it will process the data if necessary and check it against other reference points.

At Teroco, we work with TM7 and IBM Watson NLP and NLU
